Iconic metodo classico house founded in 1977 in Erbusco. From hillside vineyards, the estate crafts refined traditional-method sparkling wines—primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Nero

At CWS Wines we believe that great wine should be enjoyed with respect for the people and environments that make it possible. We actively integrate sustainability into every part of our business.

What We Do:
• Energy conscious operations: We power our warehouse and office with renewable energy sources and run energy saving LED lighting and timed climate control systems to reduce electricity consumption.

• Responsible packaging: We minimise single use plastics and use packaging that is recyclable, biodegradable and made from sustainable materials.

• Recycle and reuse: We encourage recycling glass, cardboard and other materials and reuse packaging materials whenever practical.

• Ethical sourcing: We work closely with producers who share our values. Our partners follow recognised sustainability standards, embrace organic or regenerative farming practices and uphold fair labour and environmental policies.
